At VBK Farms, we believe that farming is not just about growing crops; it is about nurturing life in all its forms. Located on a lush 4-acre stretch in Ponnappanthangal Village, close to the serene Kaveripakkam Lake, our farm is a thriving ecosystem built on balance, sustainability, and respect for the earth.
Founded by Viswabarathy in 2024, VBK Farms has been practicing organic farming since 2021. What began as a small initiative to create a self-sustaining agricultural model that gives back more to the land than it takes has grown into a vibrant, living system supporting crops, animals, trees, and people in perfect harmony.

Our Philosophy
At VBK Farms, every part of the ecosystem supports another.
Through integrated farming methods such as crop rotation and intercropping, we make the most of our land while preserving its natural fertility.
We avoid chemical fertilizers entirely. Instead, we produce our own organic fertilizers like Jeevamrutham, Panchagavya, and Meen Amilam right here on the farm. These natural formulations nourish the soil, enrich microbial life, and keep our crops healthy and toxin-free.
A Self-Sustaining Ecosystem
Our farm has now reached a stage where we hardly depend on external resources.
We grow our own food, make our own fertilizers, and raise animals that contribute back to the land.
We currently rear hens, cow, and fish, and plan to introduce honey bees and goats soon. Each plays a vital role in maintaining the balance of our ecosystem.
Among our greenery, you will also find timber trees such as Mahogany, Rosewood, and Vengai, alongside a rich variety of fruit trees that add both diversity and nutrition to our environment.
